There is a flat $55 cleaning fee (we clean everything)

If you have alcohol at the event. You must sign the liability waiver. We don’t not provide alcohol and you must have a 1 day alcohol permit approved by the SLA (state liquor authority) prior to your event and employ a licensed security and bartender.

Insurance is included, but the unescapable sales tax will be added

We don’t take a security deposit because we trust you and we hope you are responsible.

All holidays are the same price as the calendar day of the week they fall on. *NYE is $1,595

Our Policy is first some first serve.

We dont get hold of dates over the phone.

We’ll greet you at the location with a warm smile and give you a full tour of the venue.

Ask all the questions you like.

If you are in love with the space, service, and price, all you do next is fill out the 5-minute paperwork and slam down a $400 cheque or in cash to reserve your special date.

I don’t want to cancel but what if I had to?

  We hate to lose you as a customer but things happen, so we have a very liberal refund policy. The customer will receive a partial refund ($200 service fee) of deposit if the Hall is notified in writing through email at ( 90 calendar days before the date of the rental. If there is less than 90 days from when you have to cancel and the date of the event, we will free up the date and try to replace it with another customer. We will work hard and try to replace the booking. In the event of any refund, a $200 service charge will apply. The hall does not offer refund or rein check due to any circumstance if it’s a last minute cancellation. In rare circumstances, the customer will receive a partial refund of deposit if cancellation notice is received in advance time prior to actual date of party AND the hall is re-booked for the same asking price by another party or customer. (Subject to accommodation and discretion of the hall) If the date is not replaced then then you will lose your full deposit. In other words, please let us know as soon as you find out you have to cancel and we will try our best to work with you so everyone wins.

Where is this place and how do I get there?

Occasions Hall is nestled in a terrific location in Queens and just minutes’ drive from Brooklyn and Long Island. We have included various routes and hints for a safe and easy means of transportation. Please feel free to ask for direction cards to go along with your invitations.


The A and the J train is just 5 blocks walk away (Get off on front of train car). Get off on 104th street and walk towards Atlantic Ave.
